About Rojgar Bazaar
Rojgar Bazaar connects people who need small local work done with workers nearby. Free to use, with the rate set by the person who needs the work.
What we do
Rojgar Bazaar is a local work website for India. Someone who needs work done, such as mason work, painting, electrical repairs, plumbing, cleaning, driving or daily labour, posts the work along with the rate they will pay. Workers and labourers nearby see it and get in touch directly.
How it works
The person who needs the work writes what has to be done, how many days it will take, where it is and the rate. Our team checks every post before it goes live. Workers see the nearest work first, based on their location or PIN code. Anyone happy with the work and the rate calls or messages the person who posted it. Both sides agree on the details and the work is done. Payment is made directly between them.
Why the rate is set in advance
Most of the time spent finding a worker goes into bargaining. When the rate is written on the post, only people who accept it get in touch. The person posting the work knows what they will pay, and the worker knows what they will earn, before the first call.
What we do not do
We do not charge workers or people posting work, and we take no commission. We are not an employer or a placement agency, and we do not handle any payment. We do not promise that every post will be filled or that every worker will be suitable. We only bring the two sides together.
Safety
No one should ask for money to give someone work. Do not pay any advance, deposit or registration fee to get work, and do not share bank details, OTP or passwords. If a post looks wrong, report it through the contact page and our team will review it.
Two languages
The website works in Hindi and English. Use the switch at the top of every page. Each post is shown in the language it was written in.
