Terms of Use
The rules for using Rojgar Bazaar, posting work and contacting other users.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older and log in with your own Google account.
Our role
Rojgar Bazaar only connects people who need work done with people who do the work. We are not a party to any agreement between them, we do not employ anyone, and we do not handle payment.
Posting work
Post only real work that you actually need done, with a true rate, place and description. Do not post fake work, work that asks workers for money, illegal work, adult content or anything misleading. Do not post the same work again and again.
Review and removal
Every post is checked before it goes live. We may refuse, edit for clarity, close or remove any post, and suspend any account, that breaks these rules or harms other users.
Contacting others
Use calls and messages only to discuss the work. Do not send spam, abuse or threats, and do not ask for OTPs, bank details or passwords.
Payment and disputes
The rate, the payment and the quality of work are agreed directly between the two sides. Rojgar Bazaar is not responsible for unpaid work, poor work, injury or loss. Agree on everything clearly before the work starts.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that a post will be filled, that a worker will be available or that any information posted by users is correct.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Using the website after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
